To start off this week, I’m celebrating the little things. On Saturday, I made it out of bed (no matter what time it was) and made it to the gym. I also finished my collage, which was started in group therapy last week. With accomplishing two things, I’m calling it a win.
This morning I managed to do one kriya of Kundalini yoga and a 3 minute meditation. Kundalini yoga was once a big part of my life, back when I was happy and confident. I’m trying to get back into in hopes of returning to that place. Now that I’m working three days from home, I’m hoping that will help me get into a better morning routine which includes yoga and meditation. Here’s to a new week! Hope you have a great one!
